Delivery Policy

Evexia (Kos) offers a variety of services, these include, face-to-face classes and Personal Training, Online Coaching and Fitness Plans, Virtual/Live Classes, and Retreats.
The delivery of each method is individual and is as follows:
Classes – This is a group setting where you will attend a class in person, you will be asked complete a medical questionnaire before starting the class and once the class is concluded there is no further contract between you and Evexia. You will partake in the class at your own risk, A class is usually 50 minutes in duration but can vary.
Personal Training – This is a face-to-face individual training setting, a consultation will be completed before training commences. You will attend individual sessions as scheduled with your Personal Trainer. Your personal training will make a plan for your goals and training sessions. They will provide you with the required tools and knowledge for you to work towards your individual goals, however, the ultimate results are down to your efforts and cannot be guaranteed. A PT session is usually 50 minutes in duration but can vary.
Online Coaching – Online coaching is a bespoke service and therefore will inherently require some time for its creation and delivery, especially where multiple team member needs to work together to create it i.e Nutritionist + Trainer. Delivery is guaranteed within 7 days though often much sooner.
Virtual/Live Training –
Classes – This is a group setting hosted on an online video call platform where you will attend a class, you will be asked to inform the instructor of any medical issues before starting the class and once the class is concluded there is no further contract between you and Victory Fitness Beach. You partake in the class at your own risk. A class is usually 50 minutes in duration but can vary.
Personal Training – This is a video call individual training setting, a consultation will be completed before training commences. You will attend individual sessions as scheduled with your Personal Trainer. Your personal training will make a plan for your goals and training sessions. They will provide you with the required tools and knowledge for you to work towards your individual goals, however, the ultimate results are down to your efforts and cannot be guaranteed. A PT session is usually 50-60 minutes in duration.
Retreats – Retreats are a week-long scheduled program which is delivered from one of our designated retreat locations (as advertised). It is a residential program for groups between 5 and 14 people, accommodation and breakfast are provided (in some cases evening meals will also be provided). A variety of fitness classes and activities take place on the retreats, taken by experienced instructors. It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange transport to the retreat.
