Payment Structure
To ensure commitment and protect the value of our services, payments are made in three stages:
1️⃣ Initial Consultation Fee €50  – Paid upfront before receiving any quotes. This is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final fee.
2️⃣ Planning Fee €100 (50% of the total service fee) – Paid after receiving your customized quotes and confirming that you’d like to proceed with planning.
3️⃣ Final Payment (Remaining Balance) – Due 14 days before your retreat start date to finalize all planning.  €150
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To protect our time and expertise, the following cancellation terms apply:
🔹 Cancellation before receiving quotes: The consultation fee is non-refundable, but 50% of the planning fee may be refunded if canceled within 7 days of payment.
🔹 Cancellation after receiving quotes & planning has started: No refunds will be issued, as our work has already been completed.
🔹 If we (the retreat planning service) need to cancel: A full refund will be provided for any unused portion of the service. If cancellations occur due to force majeure (e.g., travel bans, natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule your planning.
