Refund Policy

You have a statutory right to change your mind (without giving a reason) within 14 days of purchasing a Product or entering a contract in order to receive a refund or booking a retreat. This will not apply if you have already started downloading the relevant product.

If you have booked an individual class or Private Coaching session, there is a requirement to cancel at least 24 hours prior to be entitled to a full refund. If you have attended a class and was not satisfied it is up to the discretion of the owner to offer a ‘good will’ gesture.

If you have a contract and want to end your contract with us or make a cancellation, please let us know by doing one of the following:

Email us at evexia.kos@gmail.com. Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address. telling us of the reason you wish to cancel.

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days to be entitled to a FULL refund, there after £150/£500 per person deposit will be non refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of the start of your trip, 50% of the fee will be payable.
