Meet our fantastic team:

Charlotte Robinson













A very experienced Fitness Instructor and Gym Manager, who studied sports development at university. Charlotte is a great part of the team, she is constantly studying and updating her skill set, our retreat guests love her classes, and they also love her patience and high-quality instruction. Retreats with Charlotte mean you will have a varied fitness program suited to all fitness levels.


For those of you who don’t know me, I am a personal trainer, wellness coach, and pug mum based in Berkshire.

Health, fitness and community are my passions. By following these passions, I have helped hundreds of clients both online and face to face discover their happiest and healthiest lives.

I have been a fitness professional for over 5 years, connecting with clients through group exercise and on a 1-1 basis.

My journey into wellness began at the age of 25 when I became a carer to my lovely mumma, who sadly was diagnosed with a very rare and fast-acting form of dementia. It was a very painful and emotional time in my life. At a time when exercise became my therapy, it saved me in so many ways. It went from being something that I did for aesthetics or to punish myself for something I ate, to something that soothed my soul in times of struggle and helped quiet my mind in the height of anxiety. I learned that prioritising my own well-being, meant that I could give more to the people I love.

Now, I dedicate my life to teaching people how to love themselves, from the inside out because it’s very hard to take care of a body that you don’t love.

Ashlee is a fantastic member of the team, she brings constant energy and life lessons to every retreat.

Anna Coles

I’m Anna, founder of Compono Fitness & Health and a level 4 Personal Trainer with a specialism in Metabolic health and Cancer Rehabilitation. Alongside my regular personal training, these specialist qualifications coupled with my GP Exercise referral qualification enable me to liaise with GPs and consultants to work with individuals with cancer and a number of medical conditions to improve levels of fitness and quality of life.

I am also a certified Pure Stretch, Functional Movement, Kettlebell and Suspension Training Instructor and Master Trainer for Energie Fitness UK for whom who I deliver national online group fitness sessions.

My passion for fitness and well-being began in my late 30’s, coinciding with getting my energy levels back after raising the children through the early years. For the next decade, I enjoyed regular cardiovascular exercise, mainly running and took part in a number of fitness challenges including the London moonwalk and the Reading half marathon. All was well and good until I hit my late 40’s and more physiological changes began to take place…
As I attempted to combat the inevitable changes that take hold as a result of the ageing process, my interest in different approaches to exercise and nutrition developed. It was at this point in my early 50’s and during a crossroads, in my career, I made the decision to follow my heart and retrain to work within the fitness industry.

I now support a wide range of individuals with different sporting abilities and goals and have a special interest in working with women to assist with the key physiological changes that can be so debilitating as we age. My particular interests are in functional movement, stretching and resistance training; absolutely essential for strengthening bones, and joints and maintaining muscle mass. A balanced diet is also vital to support our health and I offer stand alone courses in weight management as well as general nutrition advice to supplement all my exercise programmes.

Compono Fitness & Health has evolved from a personal quest to find the balance of living a happy, healthy and full life – to live well for longer. The knowledge I have acquired through my studies and my own life experiences have enabled me to achieve this balance and I’m delighted to now be in a position to work with you to optimise your own health and fitness.

Anna brings so much more to our Retreats than just fitness instruction. Her personal journey brings an amazing asset, one which you would love to spend a week with, doing fitness classes and going on adventures.

Lisa Higo

Lisa is an amazing retreat instructor. If this lady doesn’t know how to make fitness incredible, then I will be surprised if anybody does… Full of energy, knowledge, and experience and she has a twist… her background isn’t standard gym-based fitness, she comes from a long history of instructing martial arts… which she will most definitely introduce you to (if you fancy it of course).

The moment Anna starts talking to you you relax and feel at peace. She is without a doubt the perfect Yoga instructor. She is local to Kos Island and has gone on a very personal journey to become your Yoga Instructor. She is definitely the best person to help you find your inner peace and to show you that you do not have to be on the go 24/7.


Debbie Fleming

Hi, I’m Debbie Fleming and I have been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 20 years. My fitness career began with me teaching aerobics in my local leisure centre and since then I’ve gone on to train in lots of different exercise disciplines from boxing to Ballet Barre and most things In-between!

Growing up I wasn’t naturally athletic, no hand-eye coordination for ball sports and not enough speed for athletics but in one PE class I realised I could run for quite some time! It took me until my early 20s to develop a passion for fitness and so after seeing a poster at a gym I was attending I decided to run the London Marathon. Before I had even completed my first Marathon I had signed up for the New York one….. I know….. lol! A few more Marathons and a baby later I hung up my long-distance shoes and decided to qualify as an instructor and personal trainer.

My passion is functional fitness so Pilates, Yoga and HIIT are my favourite workouts to instruct. I love to see people achieve their goals and I’m really looking forward to helping you achieve yours.
